About you

In this role, being part of the Global Marketing Team, you will get to make a positive difference to people’s lives being responsible of the copywriting, content creation and management of written content production agencies & being responsible of content factory and PR activities.

Your role

Your key responsibilities as a Global Contents & Copywriting Manager will include:

  • Produce original, clear, and credible content for the Group’s channels – including website and LinkedIn
  • Carry out research, analysis and interviews (salary guide, whitepapers and similar)
  • Own the program related to the creation of leadership messages for external usage and the overall Leadership’s Linkedin presence
  • Support with the creation of annual Corporate documents: Annual report, csr report, quarterly financial results, etc.
  • Submit readership statistics for evaluation report; share recommendations to improve performances and an editorial plan to spread news about content marketing, advocacy journalism and best practices to be published via social media in order to engage readers.
  • Supervise branded and marketing content
  • Proofreading and editing a variety of written and visual content before going to production (improving grammar, content structure, and overall quality of the content)
  • Managing PR activities by working with the selected providers
  • Brief, review and write press releases
What you will need
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in B2B communication or journalism
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Digital Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Multimedia, Humanistic studies or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English or native English (knowledge of any other language will be considered a plus).
  • Ability to write for different target audiences in an international environment on a variety of topics
  • Ability to translate business strategies, scientific papers and brand narratives into communications that specifically support Sales
  • Excellent knowledge and skills in Content editing OR text writing OR content writing OR blog writing
  • Good command in: CMS (WordPress mainly), content management tools (Hubspot, Contently or similar), SEO notions AND social media strong copywriting skills
  • Good skills in corporate communication and Business communication writing (B2B), with proven experience in adapting the content for different purposes
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and personal skills to establish a network: trusted advisor to peers in the organization.
