In this role, being part of the Global D&I Team, you will get to make a positive difference to people’s lives by being responsible of the Data Management processes, from the requirement collection to the data analysis.

As Global Analytics Expert, your key responsibilities will include:

• Understand Company’s need, and design efficient solutions to meet business and technology needs.
• Provide advice and technical training and gather feedback from end users about solutions.
• Interpret and elaborate data, analyse results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with different internal and external stakeholders, with focus on Global IT Function and Business Managers.

• Bachelor’s Degree in technological sciences or equivalent.
• 3/5 years’ experience in Data Analysis.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Good expertise in budgeting and reporting.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, with focus on Excel and database management.
• Analytical and technical mindset, with a strong result driven approach.
