through our Learning &amp; Development Practice.<\/li><li>Prioritising continuous education as a cornerstone of our strategy for internal employees, demonstrated by increasing investment in training and skill-sharing initiatives.<\/li><li>Offering free training through sector-specific funding to our candidates, workers, and those who rely on the Group\u2019s companies to find or rediscover their career paths.<\/li><li>Launching our <em>Destination Work<\/em> international volunteer project and setting up local initiatives to boost employability in the communities where we operate.<\/li><li>Providing orientation activities that help students and young people develop skills that facilitate employment.<\/li><li>Through our business undertakings and CSR initiatives, we specifically aim to contribute to target 4.4: <em style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">&#8220;By 2030, substantially increase the number of youth and adults who have relevant skills, including technical and vocational skills, for employment, decent jobs and
