- Prioritising continuous education as a cornerstone of our strategy for internal employees, demonstrated by increasing investment in training and skill-sharing initiatives.<\/li>
- Offering free training through sector-specific funding to our candidates, workers, and those who rely on the Group\u2019s companies to find or rediscover their career paths.<\/li>
- Launching our Destination Work<\/em> international volunteer project and setting up local initiatives to boost employability in the communities where we operate.<\/li>
